Safety Equipment Compatibility
The AeroFlow System is designed with aviators in mind and has been meticulously designed and tested for compatibility with in-flight safety equipment, including but not limited to:
AeroFlow Control Unit
Built with an integrated easy-clean pump, the durable AeroFlow Control Unit is made to last. It is rated to support thousands of uses which keeps cost per flight low and minimizes unnecessary waste.
The Control Unit is manually activated by a power button on the front of the unit. Below the power button is a USB-C port for recharging the integrated batteries. A separate status button with NVG compatible indicator lights on top of the unit provides the battery status and a light dimming function. Leakproof inlet and outlet connectors on the top of the unit mate with the interface and collection bag connectors. The control unit should be cleaned after each flight with the cleaning materials that come included with Disposable Bundles and Interface Packs.

Female Interface
The AeroFlow female interface is an external female catheter. When donned, the soft and slim tube-shaped female interface rests against the user’s urethra and stays in place during physical activity without the use of custom undergarments or adhesives. The comfortable interface is low profile and discreet.
The interface is made from bio-grade materials and is designed to wear for up to 12 hours. The highly absorptive material supports multiple voids over the duration of a flight with no leaking and remains comfortable between voids. The interface is donned before flight and disposed of after flight.
Male Interface
The AeroFlow male interface is a condom catheter with a padded securement band. The interface is latex and adhesive free and comes in three sizes. The Male Starter Kit comes with all three sizes and a sizing guide to select the appropriate fit. After that, Disposable Bundles and Interface Packs are available in each size.
The interface is made from bio-safe materials and is designed to wear for up to 12 hours. The male interface is donned before flight and disposed of after flight.
